The one who thinks she's above reproach and just downright saintly. Little do the holier than thou chicks know that men HATE this type of woman. This attitude often creates unnecessary tension that can ruin even the strongest bonds between partners. Men typically pull away when they sense this kind of superiority

Let's take the story of a guy friend of mine. He was with a woman who constantly criticized him, but acted like she could do no wrong. This is a horrible for a man. No one, man or woman wants to believe that their significant other is looking upon them with scorn and disgust. The double standard in their dynamic left him feeling undervalued and frustrated on a daily basis. It is hard for any man to stay in a situation where he is constantly being looked down upon by the person he cares about.

After a while, my friend got sick of having his girlfriend tell him how great she was and how horrible he was. They broke up. The ongoing criticism eventually wore down all the positive feelings he had and made continuing the relationship impossible. Relationships suffer greatly when one partner insists on being the perfect one while highlighting every flaw in the other.

Ladies, don't make the mistake of acting like you are better than your man and being critical of him for it. If you don't want to be with him, move on instead of staying around to show him just how "holier than thou" you really are. Staying and criticizing only leads to resentment and pain for everyone involved. It is always better to end things cleanly rather than linger and demonstrate superiority that damages both of you in the process.
